Dearest Reader,

Happy International Women’s Day! I hope you’re having a lovely weekend enjoying some sunshine, early spring produce, and celebrating the incredible women in your life. This weekend I’m watching the tennis at Indian Wells, the new season of Drive to Survive in prep for the F1 season (Forza Ferrari!), and making frittatas! As for this issue, I thought I’d take you on a tour of my purse aka what’s in my bag…I always love watching these, whether it’s Charlie XCX or Alexa Chung, and it’s a fun and silly lil thing to do. So without further ado…

What’s in my Bag?

Clare V Pot de Miel - As for the bag itself, this is one of my all-time favorites. Just look at it! So freaking sweet. I have it in the natural raffia color as well which is so cute for spring/summer. It adds a bit of whimsy and humor to outfits which I love. Plus it fits a ton of stuff, including a bottle of wine.

Celine Wallet - I love this wallet, not too big, not too small. And just a touch of logo mania. Not exactly the same one as I have, but still super cute.

Wired Headphones - I am a millennial after all! I can’t be bothered to charge something else, so no airpods for me. Tangled cords forever!

Jimmy Fairly Sunglasses - These are so chic, with no branding and the perfect classic cat eye. Straight from Paris so you know c’est genial. Also very well priced for a nice pair of shades at $150!

Iris & Romeo Lip Balm - I love this balm so much! I have the rose color, which is so close to my natural lip color, just a lil punchier. The formula is smooth and hydrating and not sticky! J’adore.

Contax T-2 Camera - I used to take film photos allll the time and have fallen out of the habit! I am committing to picking it back up. There are loads of good cameras to choose from these days. People also love the classic Olympus point and shoot. I usually shoot on Kodak Portra 400 35 mm film and use the flash every time to help focus.

Fara Homidi Face Compact - SUCH a great product designed by my friend and genius makeup artist Fara Homidi. It comes with both a concealer and a highlighter which offers super natural coverage. I always get compliments on my skin when I use this - I have the shade Beurre. The cherry red packaging is so fab! It’s an objet I love reaching for a touch-up when out and about. Don’t skip Fara’s buffer brush and the new petite conceal brush for flawless application.

Westman Atelier Highlight Stick - I love dabbing this on my eyes for some shimmer when going from day to night. So easy to apply with my fingers and gives just a lil something. I have the shade Brulée.

Loose Advil + Hair Tie - This is girlhood. Advil - one of my favorite things in the world lol. I also really love the Crown Affair hair ties. They are the most superior hair tie that never snag and make throwing your hair in a pony tail somehow feel luxurious.

Mad Max: Fury Road - When our favorite theater, the Ojai Playhouse was showing Mad Max: Fury Road in Dolby Atmos, we had to go see it!! One of my all time favorite movies. Nonstop maximalist action and Charlize kicking serious ass plus cameos from models/it girls like Riley Keough, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Zoe Kravitz and Abbey-Lee. If you haven’t seen it in a while, or even if you have, give it a watch! The set design and sound alone are just next level.

Lorenza - I just love throwing a bottle of Rosé or a Spritz in my bag to hand to whoever I’m meeting as a lil springtime treat! Who doesn’t want some crisp, refreshing rosé made by women? Aligne Boucle Blazer - Not technically in my bag, but I am so obsessed with this jacket I wore in the video, I had to share! It’s more of a butter color in person and you just need it. Instantly chic and elegant. I’ve been eyeing these blazers for a while and can say, they live up to the hype! I got in navy and black too!

Also, wanted to declare that these Larroudés are officially my new party shoes. So chic, so comfortable, didn’t need any breaking in! They were perfect for Oscar Night celebrations with my trusty Doen polka dot dress.
